Feel-Good Yoga at Healing Hands Chiropractic Health Care

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and support your spine and nervous system. You'll experience breath-led movement and also learn how simple yoga postures can be a powerful tool for joint health, stress relief, and overall well-being.

What to expect:

  • 50-minute all-levels movement class

  • Brief info session on yoga for spinal health - learn how to strengthen deep core and postural muscles

  • Q&A + space to ask about ongoing support or private sessions

  • Some mats will be provided but resources are limited, bring your own or arrive early to guarantee a mat
